Commiting to fitness

Being fit was something I always skipped because I didn't prioritize it. I was focused on my career and continuously deteriorating my health over the last 6-7 years. During this time, I became obese and about 20 kg overweight.

Now that the product I've been working on is stable, I can set aside 1.5 to 2 hours daily to focus on my body.

I wanted to pick up a habit of doing some form of workout, either cardio or strength training, on a daily basis. After researching, I found a decent gym in Kerala and a nearby place to live, as my only goal was to hit the gym.

I signed up at GYM - Parkway Kochi, where I started working out with two excellent no-nonsense coaches, Kris Jacob and Sandra Jacob. They have been helping me and others push ourselves to our best.

Within the first month, I gained significant strength from being a couch potato and started high-intensity workouts.
